Grant Wood Area Education Agency and the University of Iowa Center for Assistive Technology Education & Research Presents:
The 2017 “Building Bridges: Eastern Iowa Assistive Technology Conference” will provide an opportunity to see first-hand the latest in assistive technologies (AT), practices, and services for school-age students with disabilities. This AT conference will serve as a unique opportunity for professionals, parents, administrators and service providers to exchange and gather information on the current status and assistive technology tools available for consideration.

Courtney Butler, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Iowa.  She currently serves as a member of the Early ACCESS Autism Resource team and as a Family Guided Routines Based Intervention Internal Coach for Grant Wood Area Education Agency.  She received her bachelors degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009 and her masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011.  Prior to joining Grant Wood's Early ACCESS team she served as a school based speech-language pathologist as well as a member of the school based Autism Team.  Courtney currently specializes in Autism and social-emotional development for the birth to three population.
